*CONSUMPTIONThe Gulupa can be eaten raw, cut in half and the pulp eaten with a spoon, it can be eaten alone or with cream and sugar added. It is also delicious in salads or in juice, by pressing the pulp through a strainer and adding water. The strained pulp can also be used to make gelatins, jams, sauces, cocktails and ice cream.
