ANDES EXPORT COMPANY S.A.S. is committed to the safe and legal development of all its operations, therefore, it complies with Decree 1377 of 2013, which partially regulates Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and establishes the General Data Protection Regime.
Therefore, ANDES EXPORT COMPANY S.A.S. is responsible for the processing, collection, storage, use, circulation, or deletion of personal, commercial, and sensitive data included in the company's databases.
Data subjects (employees, contractors, fruit and input suppliers) have the right to:- Know, update, rectify, or delete the information collected in the ANDES EXPORT COMPANY S.A.S. databases.- Know the uses that have been made of the information provided, when requested by the data subject.- Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data provided, when the data processing does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights, and guarantees in favor of the data subject.- Access their personal data that has been processed free of charge.
For purposes of understanding this policy, it is clarified that according to Law 1581 of 2012, “sensitive data” is that which affects the privacy of the Data Subject or whose improper use may generate discrimination, such as that which reveals racial or ethnic origin, political orientation, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership in unions, social organizations, human rights organizations, or that promotes the interests of any political party or that guarantees the rights and guarantees of opposition political parties, as well as data relating to health, sex life, and biometric data.
